Rebecca Disini came home from working and studying around the world in 2016, and started Ooh La La! to share her passion for French pâtisserie.
She earned Grand Diplomas at Le Cordon Bleu in both Paris and London, studied Food Styling at the Culinary Institute of America in New York, and took Marketing Management at De La Salle University.
In Singapore, she cooked for dignitaries and heads of state, as the Executive Chef of the British High Commission.
In Malaysia, she developed multi-million-euro Foodservice products for Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, as a Regional Chef for Unilever.
In Thailand, she created award-winning products for leading Fast Food Chains and supermarkets in the UK, EU, North America, and Asia, on behalf of Newly Weds Food Asia Pacific.
Rebecca now lives in Makati with her husband and daughter, the latter of whom came up with the idea of Ooh La La!
