How do I order?

Just email us at oohlala@rebeccadisini.com! Please do include your first and last name, mobile number, and the date you need the cake. We’ll send you an SMS to confirm.

How early do I order?

Three to four days ahead. In peak season – that’s Valentine’s, Lunar New Year, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve – a few weeks ahead would be better.

Do you deliver?

Sadly, our cakes are for pick-up only. We’d love to deliver, but we’re a small team, and our mirror cakes take hours to create. We’d rather focus on delight than delivery!

Where are you located?

We’re based in Makati. We’ll let you in on the exact address when you order.

What’s the mode of payment?

Cash or bank deposit, please. Send us an SMS for details – we’ve made it easier than ever to enjoy your entremet.

What size are the cake and the box?

Our cakes are 4.5 cm. tall and 16 cm. across. Our boxes are 4 inches tall and 8 inches across, so you’ll want to bring an insulated bag or cooler that’s a bit bigger than that.

How do I store my cake – refrigerator or freezer?

Our mirror cakes are delicate and melt easily, so keep them in the fridge right until you’re ready to serve, or you might end up with goo-la-la! Please don’t freeze them.

I’m traveling for more than an hour with my cake, what do I do?

Just pop your cake in an insulated bag or cooler with dry ice, keep it level during transit, then put it back in a fridge to set, for 2 to 3 hours before serving.

What’s the shelf-life of your mirror cakes?

Chilled, our mirror cakes stay tasty for 5 days. Our fresh edible flowers will wilt sooner, though, and our fresh fruits may leak natural juices, but we can replace toppers for you.

Can I customize the design?

You can order extra flowers and fruits, edible gold leaf, edible silver leaf, handmade edible lace, or we can discuss other options we may have. We only use toppers whose quality we can guarantee.

Do you write dedications on your mirror cakes?

We’ll cheerfully provide ‘Happy Birthday’ toppers at minimal cost, but we don’t write on the cakes themselves, as this would compromise their unique, mirror-like finish.

I have never ordered your cakes before.  Which would you recommend?

We only sell cakes that testers loved, so each one is someone’s top pick! My favorite is Le Matcha, my daughter’s is L’Amarula et Caramel, and my husband’s is Les Trois Chocolat.

Are all your cakes gluten-free?

Most of our cakes are gluten-free, but the Belgian chocolate pearl balls aren’t, so please let us know if you’d like these left off, and we’ll be glad to do that for you.
